Discussion about Domestic Steel Projects Construction Way under New Situation

介绍了国内钢铁企业建设项目的典型做法,总结归纳了项目建设方式的4个特点,即合资建设为主、侧重产业链建设、关注合作方的战略价值、合作实现"共赢"。在此基础上,得出5点启示:保持适度投资是持续提高企业综合竞争力的必要手段、围绕做强钢铁主业调整投资结构是发挥投资作用促进产业升级的客观要求、知己知彼是采取合资建设方式的前提和基础、控股(含均衡持股)是保障建设方话语权的必要条件、加强战略风险管理是确保建设项目实现预期目标的重要保障。

This article introduces briefly the typical way of building projects with regard to domestic steel enterprises and concludes four features, namely, joint venture-oriented, industry chain construction-emphasized, partners＇ strategy value highlighted and win-win realized. On the basis of above analyses, five implications can be given. First of all, keeping suitable investment is the main path to improve enterprises＇ comprehensive competence. Secondly, adjusting investment structure around steel industry is objective demand to develop the function of investment. Third, knowing both ourselves and our adversaries is the premise and basis. Fourthly, controlling share （keeping equal share included） is necessary. Lastly, enforcing strategic risk management is an important guarantee to ensure to realize the expected goal.
