济钢组织结构调整优化实践

摘要 在严峻的市场形势面前,济钢实施了一系列组织结构优化调整和改革。通过职能调整、合署办公、优化部门设置,提升了管理效率;合并生产工序,建立模拟法人分厂,调动了生产单位干部职工的积极性,工序成本显著降低;整合后勤单位,独立发展化工产业,非钢产业经济效益明显提升。 Faced with the severe market condition, Jinan steel carries out a series of optimizing and reformation of organization structure. By adjusting the functions, using the same organization and merging the departments, the departments and the administrative organizations are optimized. By merging the production process and establishing mimic corporative factories, the cadres and workers' enthusiasm is transferred and the cost is reduced in the working procedure. By merging service departments and independently developing chemical industry, the economic effectiveness of non-steel industry is promoted obviously.
