TIG2蛋白在皮肤疾病患者中的表达及临床意义

The Clinical Significance of TIG2 Protein Expression in the Patients with Skin Diseases

目的:研究TIG2蛋白在皮肤病患者中的表达及临床意义。方法:收集沈阳市第七人民医院2012年3月至5月收治的150例不同类型皮肤病患者和10例健康体检者的血清用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定TIG2蛋白质水平,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:(1)皮肤病患者组的血清检测水平均明显高于健康体检组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。(2)寻常型银屑病和红斑狼疮患者血清检测水平略高于过敏性紫癜、泛发性湿疹和带状疱疹的患者。(3)白疕患者的血清检测水平略低于其他类型皮肤病的检测水平。结论:TIG2蛋白在皮肤病患者中呈高表达。

Objective： To study the expression and clinical significance of TIG2 protein in dermatology patients. Methods： The serum TIG2 protein levels were detected by double antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA from 150 cases with different types of skin diseases and 10 cases of healthy persons of the Seventh People＇s Hospital of Shenyang City, admitted in Mar to May 2012, and the results were statistically analysis. Results： （1） The serologic level in skin disease group was significantly higher than that in the healthy group （P 〈0. 01 ）. （2） The serum level in psoriasis vulgaris and lupus erythematosus was slightly higher than that in the purpura, gener- alized eczema, and herpes zoster patients. （3） The serum level in White facial skin disease was slightly lower than that in other types of skin diseases. Conclusions： TIG2 protein was highly expressed in patients with skin diseases.
