浅析核电总包项目设计信息管理——接口管理

Analysis for Application of Design Information Management in Nuclear EPC-Interface Management

介绍了如何利用接口控制手册(ICM)对设计接口进行优化管理,分析了在多项目总承包情况下设计接口存在的风险,并针对这类风险提出了合理的应对措施。

In this thesis, the method how to utilize the ICM to optimize the design interface manage- ment is introduced. Moreover, the potential risks of the design interface management under the condition with multi-project general contracting are analyzed. Subsequently, to evade the very risks, the reasonable measures are proposed as well.
