摘要
通过理论分析、现实分析和比较分析,探索性地提出了贵州少数民族地区人才资源开发的发展趋势,目的是试图构建贵州少数民族地区科学的人才资源开发模式,为政府及有关部门提供决策参考和实践运用,促进贵州少数民族地区社会经济的跨越式发展以及和谐社会的全面实现。
In this paper, theoretical analysis, practical analysis and comparative analysis based on (research results have been published), exploratory Guizhou proposed human resource the development trend. The purpose is to try to build in Guizhou minority areas to develop a scientific model of human resources for the Government and relevant departments to provide decision - making and practical application, the promotion of ethnic minority areas in Guizhou by leaps and bounds in the socio- economic development, as wen as the full realization of a harmonious society.
