高校共青团思想政治教育现状及影响实效性的成因分析

提高高校共青团工作中学生思想政治教育的实效性是中国走向现代化的必然要求和时代要求。加强高校共青团思想政治教育实效性研究,就要把握好高校共青团思想政治教育工作的工作任务、工作原则,明确高校共青团思想政治教育工作的具体内容。我国高校共青团思想政治教育取得的成绩是多方面的,看到成绩的同时,也要正视当前高校共青团思想政治教育确实存在一些问题,主要表现为团员意识淡薄,思想政治工作存在难度,部分高校共青团思想政治教育措施系统性针对性不强、部分高校的团干部水平有待提高等几个方面。存在这些问题的原因是多方面的,主要是由于对高校共青团思想政治教育的重要性认识不够、大学生的荣辱道德观混淆、高校管理评价体系不完善、大学生群体观念发生变化等原因造成的。

To strengthen the ideological and political education, it is necessary to be clear about the tasks, work principles and content of the ideological and political education in colleges. The ideological and political education in colleges has made achievements in many aspects, but there are still some problems in it. For example, the weak member awareness, the difficulties in the process of the work, the poorly targeted measures and the poor education of the League leaders. The reasons for the above problems are the ignorance of the importance of the work, the unclear moral value of the college students, the incomplete management evaluation system and the change of the students＇ concept of groups.
