随着城市化进程的推进,农民工队伍不断扩大,他们在城市生活,面临着各方面的社会风险,妥善解决农民工的社会保障问题,对于加快城镇化进程,促进社会和谐稳定,建立一体化社保目标均具有重要意义。但户籍制度和法律等原因导致他们缺乏必要的保障,因此国家要在统筹、政策和法律方面构建适合我国国情的农民工社会保障体系。

With the advancement of urbanization,migrant workers living in the city face all aspects of social risks as their number continues to expand.Properly resolving their problems in social security has great significance for accelerating the process of urbanization,promoting social harmony and stability and achieving the goal of constructing an integrated social security.But the household registration and legal system cause them to lack the necessary protection.So the state should build a social security system of migrant workers suited to the national conditions in the co-ordination of policies and laws.
