摘要
在当前就业形势下,加快建设一支优秀的职业指导课程师资队伍是黑龙江省民办高校大学生职业指导工作中的重要环节。在分析当前黑龙江省民办高校职业指导课程师资队伍建设现状的基础上,找出存在的问题和不足,并提出对策建议。
In the current employment situation,accelerating the construction of advanced teachers team of occupation guidance curriculum is the important link in the occupation guidance of college students in Heilongjiang Province private universi ty. Based on analyzing the current situation of the teacher team, this paper finds out the existing problems and puts forward the countermeasure proposals.
