中压变频器中模糊控制器的设计方法

On the Design Method of Fuzzy Controller for the Medium Voltage Frequency Converter

摘要 为了提高中压变频器的稳定性、可靠性,中压变频器需要调节器对生产工艺中的某些量进行闭环调节。通过介绍中压变频器PID和模糊控制两种调节器的控制方法,分析了各自的优劣,并对两种调节器进行了仿真实验,给出了当控制对象的参数和模型改变时输出响应的波形。仿真实验表明,PID调节器在参数整定恰当时,可以获得很好的控制效果,但当对象的参数和模型改变时,输出响应变坏;而模糊控制器能很好的适应控制对象的改变,调节效果比较好。 In order to improve the stability, tor to adjust a certain amount of closed loop reliability of medium voltage inverter, frequency converter need regularegulation in the production process. Based on the introduction of two kinds of control method of frequency converter PID and fuzzy control, this paper analyzes their respective advantages and disadvantages, and carries out two regulator simulation experiment, obtained the waveform of the output response when the control object parameter and the model change. Simulation results show that, the PID regulator can achieve good controling effect when parameter setting is appropriate; however, when object parameters and model changes, the output response is wrong. Fuzzy controller can well adapt to the change of control object and the regulation is very effective.
