职业技能竞赛对实践教学条件建设的影响研究

摘要 目的:通过分析职业技能竞赛与实践教学条件的关系,深入剖析竞赛导向作用和教改环境下实践教学条件建设的思路与方式方法。方法:分析新形式下职业技能竞赛对实践教学条件提出的要求,结合教改思想,比较两者特质,研究前者的导向作用和对后者的影响因子。结果:梳理职业技能竞赛影响实践教学条件的要素子集,形成建设实践教学条件和实训基地的基本思路。结论:积极发挥职业技能竞赛导向作用,促进教育教学改革,做好顶层设计,完善实践教学条件。 The objective is to analyze the competition oriented role and the idea of practical teaching under the teaching reform circumstances through the analysis of relationship between occupation skill competition and practical teaching conditions. The methods of this paper is to analyze the requirements of current occupation skill contest to practical teaching, and combined with educational reform concept, to compare these two respects and study the guiding function and its effect on the latter factor. According to the factors of occupational skill competition effect to practical teaching, it tries to obtain the basic train of thought for the construction of practice teaching and training base. The conclusion is to play actively the guiding role of occupation skill competition, promote education and teaching reform, do a good top -level design and improve the practical teaching conditions.
