基于CPⅢ的无砟轨道检测管理与对策

Ballastless Track Inspection Management and Countermeasures on Based on the CPⅢ

本文针对基于CPⅢ的无砟轨道运营管理现状滞后的原因进行了定性分析，以轨道垂直沉降观测为主线，提出运营管理的三个阶段划分及其目标任务，进一步指出健全管理体制、统一管理标准、保障资金来源是确保无砟轨道运营安全的三个重要方面。

The current backward situation of ballastless track management is being analyzed in this paper based on the CPⅢ. Takeing track vertical settlement observation as the main line, it puts forward the three stage divisions and their tasks of the operation management. It further points out that management system improvement, management standard unification and guarantee fund sources are three important aspects of ensuring the safe operation of the ballastless track.
