Development of the Comprehensive Practical Training System For CNC Principle and Failure Diagnosis

本文介绍了我院与南京日上自动化设备有限责任公司校企合作联合开发的数控系统原理及故障诊断维修综合实训系统的整体设计思想、实现策略和功能特点，实践证明该系统有助于学生专业核心能力的形成。

This paper introduces the principl of numerical control system and failure diagnosis comprehensive practical training system, which was researched and developed through the cooperation between our college and Nanjing SUNRISE Automatic Equipment Limited Liability Company. It has also given a detailed elaboration about the design proposal, realization strategy and original characteristic of this intellectualized system. The practice has proved that the system can help students to cultivate professional core competence.
