高职院校毕业生党员组织关系转接工作探析

毕业生党员组织关系转接工作是党员教育管理的一项重要内容，同时也是党员组织关系管理的薄弱环节。因此，进一步做好高职院校毕业生党员组织关系管理工作，对于促进高职院校党员教育管理工作具有重要意义。本文以西安铁路职业技术学院关于毕业生党员组织关系管理工作做法为例，分析当前高职院校毕业生党员组织关系转接工作中存在的主要问题，并提出对策建议。

The receiving and transferring of graduates＇Party Relations is one important contents of Party member education of managemen. And it is also the weak point of the party membership management. Therefore, to further improve the vocational college graduates＇party relationship management is significant to promote the education and management of Party members in higher vocational colleges. Graduates＇party relationship management of Xi＇an Railway Vocational and Technical Institute is introuduced in the paper, it analyzes the main problems of current higher vocational college graduates＇party relationship receiving and transferring, and it puts forward some useful countermeasures and suggestions.
