With the development of society, modem higher vocational students present more complex and diversi- fied characteristics in their thoughts and personalities. And the traditional education ideas are no longer suitable for modem management. Based on people - oriented management concept, higher vocational colleges should establish an effective students management model, therefore to promote student healthy, harmonious and sustainable development with its own characteristics.
