摘要
随着列车运行速度的不断提高,列车车体表面空气流场发生变化,从而改变了列车空调机组的运行工况,使得列车空调机组的性能受到影响.利用FLUENT软件对不同工况下高速列车外部流场进行数值模拟,得出高速列车表面气流压力场分布及其表面具体位置的压力值,进而分析了列车提速对空调机组冷凝风压、冷凝风量、冷凝温度及制冷系数等性能的影响.研究结果为高速列车空调机组的优化设计提供了一定的理论依据.
With further improving the speed of high-speed train, the air flow on the train's surface is altered. The operation condition of its air-conditioning unit is also changed, which at last, will affect the performance of the air-conditioning unit. The air flows on the surface of high-speed train in different conditions were simulated by using the software of FLUENT. The distribution of the air pressare on the surface of high-speed train and the pressure values at its specific locations were obtained. The effects of raising the train speed on its air-conditioning unit's operation parameters, like the pressure of condenser fan, condensing air volume, condensing temperature and refrigeration coefficient were analysed. The conclusions provide certain theoretical basis for the optimization design of high-speed train's air-conditioning.
