摘要
转向架的牵引梁是转向架牵引装置中的重要连接结构,出口伊朗地铁车辆牵引梁原设计结构不能完全满足起吊工况下的强度要求。为此,对其进行了拓扑优化设计,在满足各工况强度要求的基础上,得到了材料的最佳分布,剔除了不必要的材料,从而得到了最优的结构方案。
The draft sill in a bogie is the important connection structure in the drafting device of a bogie.The original design structure of the draft sills in metro cars exported to Iran cannot completely meet the strength requirements under the hoisting working conditions.Therefore,the topologic optimization design is made for it.With the strength requirements under all the working conditions being met,the best arrangement of materials is obtained,and the unnecessary materials are removed,so that the optimum structure scheme is obtained.
