银杏叶提取物温度敏感型鼻用原位凝胶体外释放研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的以泊洛沙姆407(P407)和泊洛沙姆188(P188)为基质,壳聚糖为生物黏附剂制备银杏叶提取物温度敏感型鼻用原位凝胶,考察其体外释放特性。方法采用无膜释放法,透牛、羊鼻黏膜释放法,透析袋释放法研究凝胶中药物的释放特性。结果银杏叶提取物温度敏感型鼻用原位凝胶主要是通过扩散而不是溶蚀方式释放,释放曲线符合一级释放方程。结论所制备的银杏叶提取物鼻用原位凝胶具有良好的透膜释药功能,并有缓释特征。 AIM To prepare Ginkgo biloba extract temperature-sensitive nasal in situ gel with poloxamer 407, poloxamer 188, bioadhesive polymer-Chitonsan as the matrices and evaluate in vitro release of its characteristics. METHODS Membrane-less dissolution model, bovine mucosal and sheep mucosal release method, and bag filter method were applied to the drug release characteristics of gel. RESULTS Ginkgo biloba extract temperature-sensitive nasal in situ gel was released mainly by diffusion rather than by erosion, and drug release of Ginkgo biloba extract temperature-sensitive nasal in situ gel was in line with the first-order drug release equation. CONCLUSION The preparation of Ginkgo biloba extract temperature-sensitive nasal in situ gel has good transdermal delivery and the characteristics of sustained release.
