摘要
目的探索建立一种针对川贝母药材的即时快速分析方法。方法收集贝母类药材共81批,应用便携式AOTF近红外光谱仪采集其光谱,通过主成分分析法(PCA)分别对贝母类药材、川贝母类药材及商品"松贝"与伪品进行快速鉴别。结果该方法实现了川贝母类药材与非川贝母药材的快速鉴别,能有效区分川贝母类药材,并可快速甄别"松贝"及其混伪品。结论该方法是一种简便、快速、低耗、无损的新型分析技术,能用于川贝母类药材的快速鉴别。
AIM To explore and establish an instant analysis method for Fritillariae cirrhosae Bulbus. METHODS Total of 81 batches of Fritillaria were collected. The portable acousto optic tunable filter (AOTF) -near-infrared (NIR) speetrograph was applied to scanning the spectrum and analyzing Fritillaria, Fritillariae cirrhosae Bulbus, Fritillariae uninbracteatae Bulbus and their adulterants respeetively by means of prineipal component analysis (PCA). RESULTS It indicated that the distinction between Fritillariae cirrhosae Bulbus, Fritillariae unin- bracteatae Bulbus and their adulterants was rapidly completed. CONCLUSION The method is a convenient, rapid, low cost, non-destructive new analytical technique, and can be used for the rapid identification of Fritillariae cirrhosae Bulbus.
