摘要
采用磁选分离方法从生产硫磺的硫铁矿尾渣中回收四氧化三铁精矿粉后,余下的废渣为铁、铝、硅、钙、镁的混合物,经加工配料可制备建筑外墙涂料。分析了尾渣的化学成分、矿物成分、粒度分布;对尾渣生产建筑外墙涂料的可行性进行了研究;叙述了尾渣制备外墙涂料的制备工艺并给出了优化的实验配方;对该方法的经济效益进行了评估与分析。实验结果证明,该方法使低品位硫铁矿生产硫磺工艺产生的尾渣得到全面利用,具有很好的经济与社会效益。
After the Fe304 concentrate powder was recovered by magnetic separation method from the tail slag of sulphur production with pyrite, the remained waste slag was the mixture of iron, aluminum, silicon, calcium, and magnesium, which can be used to produce coating materials for buildings' external-wall.Chemical composition, mineral composition, and particle size distribution of the waste slag were analyzed and the feasibility of it applied in the coating materials for buildings'external- wall was also studied.The preparation process and optimized experimental formula were given.The economical benefit of this method was evaluated and analyzed.Experiment results showed this method had good economical-and social-benefit because it fully utilized the waste slag generated from the sulfur production with low grade pyrite.
