摘要
聚合物/SiO2草莓型复合粒子是一种由SiO2颗粒包覆于聚合物胶体粒子表面形成的微尺度复合材料。因其具有聚合物与无机物质SiO2的相关特性以及一些新的复合协同效应,又具有精细复杂的微纳米结构,所以引起了研究者的广泛关注。文中重点阐述了聚合物/SiO2草莓型复合粒子制备方法的相关研究进展,并对各种方法的适用性进行了比较,同时对该种材料在超疏水涂层和抛光技术等方面的应用情况及发展前景进行了概述。
Raspberry-like polymer/silica particles are nanocomposite materials in which the silica particles pack on the surface of the polymer colloid particles. These particles combine the advantages of polymer and silica, and possess several synergy properties. These materials have attracted scientists' interest for a long time and play a unique role in the fields of mesoporous materials, superhydrophobic coatings and so on. The methods of synthesis polymer/silica were summarized in this article and compared with each other based on their applicability. Besides, the application of this material in the field of coating and chemical mechanical planarization was introduced in general.
