摘要
产品差异性是产业内贸易的重要前提条件,但尚缺乏可度量研究。本文认为产品差异性是由生产投入同质性与消费效用替代性共同决定的.提出了利用等差异曲线确定产品差异化程度的理论模型和度量公式.并利用中日贸易产品数据对产品差异性与产业内贸易指数作了相关性分析和回归分析。检验结果表明,差异性分析模型能够正确反映生产投入同质性、消费效用替代性与产品差异性的关系,符合实际状况。
Product difference, being an important assumption for intra-industry trade, is yet still lack of research on its measurement. In this paper, we think that product difference is determined by both production inputs homogeneity and consumption utility alternative. We suggested theoretical models and measuring formulas for product difference identification using indifference curves and implemented correlation and regression analysis on product difference level and intra-industry trade index, based on trade data between China and Japan. The results showed that the product difference analytical model is capable of reflecting the relationship between production inputs homogeneity H, consumption utility alternative A and product difference D, which is in line with real world observation.
