摘要 在商业模式竞争成为趋势的时代,如何辨识和设计商业模式成为重要实践问题,而发现可靠的商业模式的一般性、基础性理论模型是解决问题的关键。但迄今发展的这类模型在要素认知方面仍有很多歧义.特别是始终未能厘清要素之间的理论关系.因此难以用来有效解决实践问题。本文运用扎根研究方法,深入案例企业获得原始调查数据.抽象出商业模式的基本要素.揭示了其理论联系机制.从而首次发展了一个具有确切理论关系的商业模式一般性理论模型.深化了人们对企业价值创造一般机制的认识.由此为解决商业模式辨识和设计的实践问题发展了更具有可操作性的理论工具.并为企业整合管理提供了新思路。 In the era of competing via the business model, how to identify and design the business model becomes an important practical issue. Therefore, it is critical to find a reliable general theoretical model of the business model to tackle it. But so far all this kind of models developed before have many disputes on the model factors, and have clarified their relationships yet. In this paper the authors operate grounded analysis by collecting initial data through field investigation,abstracting the basic factors of the business model, and then disclosing the theoretical links between them. Consequently, a new general theoretical model of the business model with certain theoretical relationships is built for the first time. This research develops a basic theoretical tool with higher maneuverability for the identification and designing of the business model, deepens the understanding about the general mechanism of value creation, and provides a new idea for the integrated management of the firm.
