中国企业商业和运营模式创新研究——第二届“中国企业管理创新案例研究前沿论坛”观点综述

Study on the Innovation of Business and Operation Model in Chinese Enterprises——Review on the 2nd Conference on Case Study of Management Innovation in Chinese Enterprises

本文就对外经济贸易大学国际商学院和中国工业经济杂志社联合主办的“第二届中国企业管理创新案例研究前沿论坛（2012）”的主要学术观点进行了综述。通过对分论坛主要观点的总结，分析了目前中国本土企业商业和运营模式创新的最新案例研究成果，可以将其概括为企业的技术创新、价值链创新、财务战略创新、绿色战略创新、企业文化创新、面向BOP创新等几个方面。最后，通过对教学案例的分析．指出教学案例的使用应该侧重于理论在实践中的体现，能够帮助学习者在具体实践中做出合理决策。

Through reviewing papers included in the proceeding of the second conference on case study of management innovation in Chinese enterprises which is co-held by University of International Business and Economics and China Industrial Economics, this paper summarizes the main academic contributions. The findings of current ease studies illustrate the latest advances in two important perspectives of management innovation in Chinese enterprises, i.e. business model innovation and operation model innovation, which can be classified into technology innovation, value chain innovation, financial strategy innovation, green-strategy innovative, organizational culture construction, and BOP innovation. Finally, through the review of teaching cases, this paper proposes that it is important for a teaching case to apply a theory to practice and facilitate learners to make reasonable decisions in the concrete practices.
