通过分析农业经营方式转变的动因和影响、组织制度创新的动力及其与农业经营方式转变的互动,揭示了合作社联合社组织制度创新与农业经营方式转变的互动逻辑。农业经营方式转变和农业组织制度创新,既是不同利益相关者利益协调和有机结合的产物,也是在现有制度环境约束下不断"试错"和优选的结果。土地托管和专业合作社的发展、联合社服务能力的提升,有利于解决发展现代农业中"谁来种地"、"如何种地"的问题。支持合作社的组织制度创新,应把营造有利于合作社企业家成长发育的环境放在重要位置。

The analysis of motive for its transformation of operation mode and the innovation of cooperative organizational system and the interactive relationship between them reflects that,the interactive logic between the innovation of organizational system of cooperative union and the transformation of agricultural operation mode： it is not only an outcome of interest coordination and dynamic integration between different stakeholders,but also a result of constant ＂trial-and-error＂,summary and optimization under the constraint of existing institutional environment.The development of land trusting and specialized cooperative and improvement of service capacity of cooperative union are favorable for resolving the problems of ＂who will do farming＂ and ＂how to do farming＂ in the process of developing modern agriculture.When we support the innovation of organizational system of cooperative,creating an environment in which cooperative entrepreneur grows best should be put in an important place.
