The Academic Controversies on Leapfrogging Development and Path Finding

近十年来,我国学者对跨越式发展理论进行了系统的研究。地域分工理论、均衡发展理论、非均衡发展理论、马克思主义者的经典论述以及后发优势理论为跨越式发展提供了理论基础。学者们从阶段跨越、整体跃升、生产力三个角度对跨越式发展的经济内涵进行了界定,对跨越式发展进行了实证分析,并探讨了跨越式发展的制约因素和路径选择。在此基础上,学者们从加强自主创新、发展高科技力量、推进科教兴国、推动制度创新、保护生态环境、进行结构调整等维度提出了具体的对策建议。下一步,要重视对跨越式发展本质内涵、跨越式发展过程中的区域之间和区域内部之间的协调、跨越式发展的衡量指标等问题的研究。

In recent ten years,our country’s scholars have conducted a system research on leapfrogging development.First of all,leapfrogging development is mainly based on the theories of district division of labor,equilibrium,nonequilibrium development,Marx’s classic exposition and late-developing advantage and makes further theoretical development.This article summarizes the domestic researches’ about leapfrogging development based on two angles to definite the concept of the leap-forward development discusses the empirical analysis on leap-forward development in recent years,and analyzes restrict elements to implement leapfrogging development and the path selections of the leapfrogging development,and on this basis to analysis the countermeasures of implementation to leapfrogging development and ultimately concludes economic significance of leapfrogging development.
