档案学专业高等教育与职业教育的比较研究

档案学专业普通高等教育是输出档案学专业人才的重要途径,档案职业教育是提高档案工作者综合素质的必要手段。随着社会档案需求的增加,档案事业的发展对档案学专业人才的要求也不断提升,档案教育质量的高低直接作用于档案学专业人才的综合素质。档案普通高等教育与职业教育是同一系统下的两个不同教育类别,二者之间有同有异,并且在档案教育与社会发展等内外因的共同作用下协同发展。

Archives regular higher education is the important way to output archival talents, archives vocational education is a necessary means to improve the overall quality of the archivists. With the in- creased demand for social archives and the archives cause archives professionals improve, the quality of archives education plays a direct role in the archives professionals. Archives regular higher education and vocational education are two different type of education under the same system, between the two with dif- ferent, and the joint development of the common role of the internal and external causes, such as archives education and social development.
