The Determination of 16 Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Oyster Mushroom by Gas Chromatography

摘要 建立了平菇中16种有机磷农药残留量的测定方法。平菇中16种有机磷农药残留用乙腈萃取后,采用石英毛细管柱DB-17分离、气相色谱-火焰光度检测器(GC-FPD)进行测定。在平菇样品中添加农药浓度为0.1 mg.kg-1~0.2mg.kg-1时,平均回收率为75.2%~105%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~9.9%,检出限为0.004 mg.kg-1~0.03 mg.kg-1,方法具有操作简单、分析速度快、准确度和精密度高等优点。 The method for determination of 16 organophosphorous pesticide residues in oyster mushroom was developed. The 16 organophosphorous pesticide residues were extracted by actonitrile, separated by a capillary column DB-17, and determined with gas chromatograph -flame photometric detector (GC-FPD). The results showed that the average recoveries of 16 organophosphorus pesticides at spiked levels of 0.1 mg·kg-l-0.2 mg·kg-1 ranged from 75.2%-105%, the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 1.4%-9.9%, and the detection limits were 0.004 mg·kg-l-0.03 mg ·kg-1. The method had the merits of simply, rapidty, high accuracy and precision.
