摘要 针对毕赤酵母信号肽和蛋白分泌通路及其改造对外源蛋白分泌的影响研究进展作一综述。 The structural features and modification of signal peptide and heterologous protein secretion pathway in Pichia pastoris and their effects on the heterogeneous protein secretion were reviewed.
