Professor FANG Dingya's Clinical Experience of Treating Osteoarthritis in Three Stages

房定亚教授是第二批"全国老中医药专家学术经验继承"指导老师,中医内科专业博士研究生导师、博士后合作导师,业医近50年,擅治心、肾和风湿性疾病。房教授治疗骨关节炎经验以分期、定位为原则,以活血化瘀、补气血、益肝肾为主要治法,临床疗效显著,体现了辨病和辨证相结合、推崇专病专方、并结合现代医学研究进展论治的思维方法。文章以早、中、晚三期为纲,分别阐述骨关节炎的病因病机、治则治法、方剂加减、典型病例,以飨读者。

Professor FANG Dingya, one of the Phase II experts of TCM experience inheritance, is a doctoral supervisor and post-doctoral cooperation instructor of TCM Internal Medicine. He has devoted himself to TCM for nearly 50 years, and is good at treating heart, kidney and rheumatic diseases. Professor FANG treats osteoarthritis in its three stages, taking the lesion site in con- sideration, usually by promoting blood circulation, improving qi and blood, or benefiting liver and kidney. These treatment princi- ples originate from Professor FANG~ academic thoughts of combining disease and syndrome differentiation, selecting special drugs and formulae to special diseases, and consulting modern medical research progresses. This paper describes osteoarthritis in its three stages, and introduces the etiology and pathogenesis, the therapeutic principle, the formulae and additional drugs, and typical cases to the readers.
