周慎治疗中风后手痉挛经验

Experience of Treatment for Hand Cramps after Stroke by Professor ZHUO Shen

周慎认为中风后痉挛性瘫痪最主要的病机为"阴血亏虚、瘀血阻络"。文章结合临床病例,总结了周慎教授治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪擅长于从肝主筋入手、采用内外并重的方法,局部与整体结合,内服滋补肝肾、柔肝通络药物以治疾病之本,外用活血通络、舒筋解挛药物熏洗以缓解主要症状,能有效地降低手部肌肉的痉挛,缓解瘫肢的疼痛症状,且注重随证加减,取得较好的疗效。

Professor ZHOU Shen thinks the main pathogenesis of spastic paralysis after stroke is the Yin and blood deficiency as well as the blood stasis. This paper summarizes Professor ZHOU Shen＇s treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke combined with clinical cases. His treatment is good at treating from the theory of liver governing tendons, the main reinforcement of internal and external methods, internal drugs of nourishing the liver and kidney, nourishing the liver and dredging collaterals to treat dis- ease;external use of drugs for activating blood and dredging collaterals, relaxing the muscles and relieveing spasms for fumigation to alleviate the main symptoms, all these can effectively reduce the hand muscle spasm and relieve paralysis limb pain symptoms, and focus on modification according to symptoms, obtaining better curative effect.
