摘要
介绍了张宁科学应用中医药治疗慢性肾衰患者的临床经验。根据慢性肾衰的病机特点,临床用药主张补益脾肾,扶正为要;养肝和血,肝肾同治;活血通络,祛湿泄浊;随证灵活加减,收效良好。
It introduced the experience of professor ZHANG Ning treating chronic kidney failure with TCM therapy. Accord- ing to the pathogenesis, professor ZHANG advocates the treatment should be to supplement spleen and kidney for strengthening the vital Qi;to nourish liver and harmonize blood ;to treat kidney and liver at the same time;to activate blood circulation and dredge collaterals;to eliminate dampness and turbid. The treatment should be adjusted according to the syndrome differentiation.
