从生命宏观和微观统一性的角度论述2型糖尿病的治疗

Elaborating Type 2 Diabetes Treatment on the Life Unity of the Macro Symptom and Micro Mechanisms

生命是宏观和微观和谐统一的一个物质、能量代谢过程,宏观征象和微观机制(或微观征象)都是衡量生命体健康与否的客观指标。健康的机体,二者都应该在正常范围之内,若一方首先偏离正常,会引起另一方异常,进而进入严重的病态。从生命的宏观和微观统一性角度看肥胖与2型糖尿病的关系是:肥胖是原发病,是宏观症状;2型糖尿病是继发疾病,血糖升高是微观症状,此宏观症状和微观症状既是因果关系又是统一关系。2型糖尿病的合理治疗应该首先着眼于宏观肥胖的治疗,然后再介入微观血糖等指标的控制,才能获得肯定的长期疗效;因此,现行治疗2型糖尿病的用药思路需要进一步优化。

Type 2 diabetes reasonable treatments should first focus on the macro obesity, then target on the micro blood sugar control and so on to obtain the affirmative long-term curative effect.
