肾衰灌肠液治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Shenshuai Guanchang Liquid in Treatment of Early and Medium Stage of Chronic Kidney Failure

目的:观察中药肾衰灌肠液灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的患者随机分为两组。治疗组予肾衰灌肠液观察配合西医基础治疗,对照组以包醛氧淀粉胶囊配合西医基础治疗。治疗1个月,观察两组的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组总有效率为76.7%,P<0.05,差别有统计学意义;两组治疗前后证候积分比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,);两组治疗1个月后,血肌酐和尿素氮分别进行比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药肾衰灌肠液灌肠治疗早中期慢性肾衰竭在改善症状,改善肾功能、延缓肾衰进展方面具有显著疗效。

Objective ： To observe the effect of enema with Shenshuai Guanchang Liquid in treatment of chronic kidney failure. Methods ：60 cases met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given enema with Shenguai Guanchang Liquid and western medicine while the control group given oxyamyli tectus aldehydum capsules and western medicine. After 1 month, the effects in two groups were observed and compared. Results ： The total effective rate in treatment group was 90.0% and in control group it was 76.7%. There was a significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. For the symptom scores compari- son before and after treatment, the treatment was superior to the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Comparing SCr and BUN before and 1 month after treatment, the treatment was superior to the control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The enema with Shenshuai Guan- chang Liquid for early and medium stage of chronic kidney failure has obvious effects on improving symPtoms and kidney func- tions and delaying the disease development.
