乳癖散结膏治疗气滞血瘀型乳腺增生病100例

Clinical Observation of Effect of Rupi Sanjie Ointment in Treatment of 100 Cases of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type of Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland

目的:观察乳癖散结膏治疗气滞血瘀型乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:依托十一五课题募集乳腺增生病患者100例,给予乳癖散结膏外贴2个疗程,观察治疗前后的乳房疼痛、乳房肿块及中医证候积分变化情况,从而判断其在改善乳房疼痛、软化乳房结节、改善中医证候方面的疗效。结果:治疗前后乳房疼痛愈显率为57.0%,乳房肿块愈显率为24.0%,中医证候愈显率为31.0%。结论:乳癖散结膏在缓解乳房疼痛、软化消散乳房肿块、改善中医证候方面有明显效果,是治疗乳腺增生病的有效药物。

Objective ： To observe the Rupi Sanjie ointment treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of cyclomatopathy. Methods：Based on eleventh five -year plan issues, 100 cases of patients with mammary hyperplasia were collected, giving Rupi Sanjie ointment. Before and after treatment, breast pain, breast lumps and TCM syndrome integral changes were observed, so as to judge the improvement of breast pain, breast nodules and TCM syndromes. Results ： Before and after treatment, breast pain cured rate was 57%, breast lumps efficacy rate was 24%, TCM syndrome efficacy rate was 31%. Conclusion：Rupi Sanjie ointment in re- mission of breast pain, breast lumps and improved softening dissipation of TCM has obvious effects, which is an effective medicine for hyperplasia.
