早期电针辅助治疗重症脑出血术后昏迷患者促醒作用

Effect of Electro-Acupuncture Therapy on Consciousness of Coma Patients with Severe Cerebral Hemorrhage after Craniotomy Hematoma

目的:探讨重症脑出血术后早期电针的促醒作用。方法:将30例重症脑出血术后昏迷患者随机分为治疗组(15例)和对照组(15例)。治疗组在常规西医治疗的基础上施以电针刺激内关和三阴交,并针刺人中穴。对照组单纯给予西医对症治疗。结果:治疗组治疗10次、30次后GCS评分为(6.28±1.76)分、(9.73±2.05)分,对照组评分为(5.12±1.45)分、(8.07±2.51)分;治疗组治疗10次、30次后的苏醒率为21%、76.3%,对照组为0%、47.6%。治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症脑出血术后,在控制好血压、颅压的同时,早期施行电针促醒疗法是安全可行的,患者的意识恢复程度和苏醒率均明显优于单纯西医治疗。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of early electro - acupuncture therapy on coma patients of severe cerebral hem- orrhage after eraniotomy hematoma to promote the regain of consciousness. Methods ：30 cases of coma patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage after craniotomy hematoma were randomly divided into 2 groups：IS cases of treatment group were given electro - acu- puncture therapy based on western medicine. 15 cases of control group were given western medicine treatment simply. Results：Af- ter treatment of l0 times and 30 times,the Glasgow Coma Scale（GCS） scores in treatment group were（6. 28 _＋ 1.76） , （9. 73 _＋ 2. 05 ） ;in control group were （ 5. 12 -＋ 1.45 ） , （ 8.07 -＋ 2. 51 ） , the rates of regain of consciousness in treatment group were 21% and 76. 3% ;in control group were 0% and 47.6%. The treatment group was better than control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Early electro - acupuncture therapy on coma patients of severe cerebral hemorrhage after craniotomy hematoma to promote the re- gain of consciousness is safe and feasible by controlling blood pressure and brain hypertension well. The rate of improvement in awareness and regain of consciousness of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group.
