针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症并发经前期紧张综合征疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture Treatment on Simple Obesity Complicated with Premenstrual Tension Syndrome

目的:观察针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症并发经前期紧张综合征的疗效及相关因素对疗效的影响。方法:将单纯性肥胖症132例和单纯性肥胖症并发经前期紧张综合征131例患者依据辨证分型采用耳体针结合施治,观察针灸治疗前、后患者的症状、体征、肥胖指标、经前期紧张综合征症状积分的变化及影响其变化的相关因素。结果:针灸治疗3个月后,单纯性肥胖症并发经前期紧张综合征组总有效率为87.8%,显愈率62.6%,与单纯性肥胖症对比,有效率P>0.05,显愈率P<0.05。结论:针灸对单纯性肥胖症和单纯性肥胖症并发经前期紧张综合征均有良好的疗效(P>0.05)。但单纯性肥胖症的近期临床痊愈和显效优于单纯性肥胖症并发经前期紧张综合征。

Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect and its affecting facts of acupuncture and moxibustion on patients with simple obesity complicated with premenstrual tension syndrome. Methods：Totally 132 patients with simple obesity and 131 patients with simple obesity complicated with premenstrual tension syndrome, according to the fundamental of Chinese medicine treatment, received combination therapy of auricular and body acupuncture. Symptoms, physical signs, obesity indexes, premenstrual tension syndrome~ clinical symptom indexes and its affecting facts in the patients were observed before and 3 months after treatment. Re- sults： After the 3 months treatment,the total effective rate in the simple obesity complicated with premenstrual tension syndrome was 87.8%. The more explicit rate was 62.6%, compared with simple obesity, the total effective rate had no significance（ P 〉 0. 05 ）, the more explicit rate had significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Acupuncture therapy is an effective method for both simple obesity and obesity disease complicated with premenstrual tension syndrome, and the acupuncture for the simple obesity is more effective than the simple obesity complicated with premenstrual tension syndrome.
