摘要 三相并网逆变器中功率开关器件具有很强的混杂特性,传统的建模方法难以精确描述其动态性能。文章从能域角度出发,建立了三相电压型PWM并网逆变器的键合图模型,并在20-sim软件上进行了仿真试验,仿真结果验证了该模型的准确性和有效性。 The power switching device in three-phase grid-connected inverter has very strong mixed properties, and it's difficult to accurately describe the dynamic performance with traditional modeling methods. This paper, from the point of the view of energy domain, a bond graph model of three-phase inverter is built, and is simulated in 20-sire, the results verified the accuracy and va- lidity of the model.
