酚妥拉明、迷走神经切断减弱下丘脑室旁核对大鼠胃内压的影响 被引量:1

摘要 电刺激大鼠下丘脑室旁核引起胃内压明显下降。肌肉注射酚妥拉明后,电刺激下丘脑室旁核胃内压下降至0.60±0.02kPa,与注药前(胃内压为0.64±0.01kPa)相比P>0.05,胃内压变化率为-6.3%。切断双侧颈迷走神经后,电刺激下丘脑室旁核,胃内压下降至0.57±0.03kPa,与切断迷走神经前相比P>0.05,胃内压变化率为-6.6%。肌肉注射阿托品和心得安均不能阻断电刺激下丘脑室旁核对胃内压的影响。本实验结果提示,下丘脑室旁核影响胃内压的传出通路可能是迷走神经,且由α受体介导。 Intragastric pressure(IGP)was obviously decreased by electricstimulation of paraventrieular hypothalamic nucleus (PVN). IGP was decreased from 0.64±0.01kPa to 0.60±0.02kPa by electric-stimulation of PVN after i.m. phentolamine(5mg/kg) (P>0.05). Rate of IGP change was -6.3%. After vagi were cut, electric-stimulation of PVN made IGP decreased from 0.61±0.01kPa to 0.57±0.03kPa (P>0.05). Rate of IGP change was -6.6%, but electric-stimulation of PVN did not block the effect when atropine and propranolol were injected to muscle. The results concluded that vagus might be the efferent pathway and the action involved α-receptor.
