关于流寓文化研究与旅游资源开发的思考

Concerning culture of staying abroad and reflection on development of tourist resources

旅游文化是自然景观与人文景观相结合的产物。黑龙江省的旅游文化中真正得到开发的只是自然景观和人文景观中的少数民族文化 ,至于以中原文化为主体的流寓文化却没有得到应有的重视与开发。为促进黑龙江旅游事业的进一步发展 ,今后应把开发流寓文化作为提高旅游文化品位的重要内容 ,应将开发流寓文化列入黑龙江“十五”规划。在流寓文化开发中应首先重点开发宁安与海林。

Tourist culture is the mutual joint product of natural and human landscapes.Only the natural landscapes and culture of the racial minorities have been really developed in tourist culture of Heilongjiang Province,as for culture of staying abroad which takes culture of central plains as its subject has not yet been paid due attention to,and it has not yet been developed,too.In order to advance the tourist cause of Heilongjiang province to develop further,and it is necessary to develop culture of staying abroad as main contents to raise the grade of tourist culture,it is necessary to put development of torist culture into “the 10th Five-Year Plan” of Heilongjaing Province.In development of culture of staying abroad it is necessry at first develop three tourist zones of Ning'an and Hailin,Qiqihar and Harbin.
