摘要
旋臂起重机因其高效、节能、占地面积小、易于维修等特点,特别适合短距吊运作业,受到越来越多的关注。其中曲臂式旋臂起重机比常规的旋臂起重机多出一个铰点,在设计时用公式算法需要对其进行简化计算,且不能准确地表述实际情况。为了进一步得到精确解,根据旋臂起重机的结构特点,可以利用ANSYS软件进行整机建模,并可以对起重机进行静力分析及模态分析,有利于在使用过程中对该机结构危险部位进行控制,对设计制造及实际使用具有指导意义。
Slewing jib crane is very suitable for hoist work in short distance, for the reason of high effectively, energy saving, covering small scope of area and easy for maintenance. Among which, the crank arm slewing jib crane owns one more hinge joint than the normal slewing jib crane. We use formula algorithm and make a simplified calculation in the designing, but it can not make the practical situation be reflected in accurate way. To achieve the further accurate result, we establish a model of the whole crane by using ANSYS to the design features of slewing jib crane, and make the static analysis and modal analysis. These analyses will contribute to the control of the dangerous sections of the crane structure which shows guiding signification to design and manufacture and practical operation.
