摘要
通过对高速轴的断口宏观形貌,强度计算,减速机润滑油使用情况、减速机、电机底座安装位置因素等原因进行分析,找出了高速轴断裂的原因,并提出了处理措施。
Through analysis of the macroscopic morphology on the high speed, shaft fracture strength calculation, reducer lubricant usage, and reducer, motor base installation location factors, the article finds out the reasons of the high speed shaft fracture, and proposed treatment measures.
