Effect of Rubber Compound on Properties of ABS

摘要 采用连续本体聚合法,将聚异戊二烯和嵌段丁苯橡胶并用,合成了一种新型丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)类材料,并研究了橡胶并用以及并用橡胶含量、并用比对该材料力学性能和维卡软化点的影响。结果表明:同单用聚异戊二烯橡胶的ABS材料相比,聚异戊二烯橡胶和嵌段丁苯橡胶的并用提高了ABS材料的冲击强度,改善了ABS材料的拉伸、弯曲性能,而且随着并用橡胶含量的增加,材料的力学性能不断提高,但过量的并用橡胶将导致拉伸强度和弯曲强度下降;另外,随并用橡胶含量的增加,材料的维卡软化点逐渐降低。 A novel ABS material was synthesized with the mixture of polyisoprene rubber and block styrenebutadiene rubber by continuous bulk polymerization,and the effects of composite rubber content,combination ratio on mechanical properties,vicat soft point of the ABS material were studied.The results show that: the mechanical properties of ABS improve with the using of rubber compound compared with polyisoprene rubber,but the vicat soft point decreases when rubber compound content increases,and tensile strength,bending strength decrease with an excess of rubber compound.
