中国企业承接离岸服务外包关键成功因素实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Critical Successful Factors for Chinese Enterprises to Undertake Offshore Service Outsourcing

基于文献研究和访谈研究,文章构建了中国企业承接离岸服务外包关键成功因素概念模型。实证研究表明,区域经济与产业发展水平、政策支持力度、技术创新与应用能力、市场竞争能力、跨文化沟通与适应能力、人力资源质量、运营管理能力对承接离岸服务外包绩效有积极影响。相比区域经济与产业发展水平、政策支持力度的影响,人力资源质量、运营管理能力、技术创新与应用能力、市场竞争能力、跨文化沟通与适应能力对承接离岸服务外包绩效的影响更大。外包业务类型和承接企业规模对承接离岸服务外包绩效及其关键成功因素有一定的调节作用,并且对中国企业承接离岸服务外包的绩效水平有显著差异化影响。

Based on literature study and interview study, this paper builds a conceptual model of critical successful factors for Chinese enterprises to undertake offshore service outsourcing. The empirical study shows that regional economy and industry development level, policy support, technology innovation and application ability, market competition ability, inter-cultural communication and adaptation ability, human resource quality, and operation management ability have a positive impact on the performance of Chinese enterprises to undertake offshore service outsourcing. The influence of human resource quality, operation management ability, technology innovation and application ability, market competition ability, inter-cultural communication and adaptation ability on performance is larger than that of regional economy and industry development level and policy support. In addition, the type of outsourcing businesses and the scale of service supply partners have a certain degree of moderating role in the relationship between outsourcing performance and its critical successful factors, and have different impacts on the performance of Chinese enterprises to undertake offshore service outsourcing.
