摘要
文章从政府部门、行业协会和企业三方联动的视角,构建了我国产品碳标签制度框架和推行我国纺织服装产品碳标签示范计划,提出从推广低碳面料、研究并推广各省棉区低碳棉花种植模式、推行行业节能减碳服务计划和构架企业节能减碳资讯服务平台四个方面发展我国纺织服装行业产品低碳化的策略。
From the tripartite linkage perspective of the government, industry association and enterprise, the paper builds a product carbon labeling system framework and an implementation plan of the demonstration project of carbon labeling of textile and apparel products for China, and proposes a low-carbon product strategy to develop China's textile and garment industry from the four aspects such as the promotion of low-carbon fabrics, the promotion of each province's cropping pattern of low-carbon cotton, the implementation of energy-saving and carbon-reduction plans, and the building of a framework for corporate carbon-reduction information service platform.
