生产服务业FDI对中国制造业竞争力的影响研究

On the Effect of FDI in Producer Services on Chinese Manufacturing Competitiveness

生产服务业的发展相对滞后,难以满足制造业升级转型和中国经济持续发展的需要。在开放经济条件下,以发展生产服务业为切入点思考如何利用外资充分发挥生产服务业的作用,提升国内制造业竞争力是文章研究的重点。文章主要采用中国25个省(市、自治区)1999～2010年的数据进行动态GMM估计结果进行经验检验,并提出了相应的政策建议。

With the trend of Chinese manufacturing expansion and the urgency of upgrading industrial chain, the relationship between producer services and manufacturing has been the focus of researches. In the period of Chinese economic transition, the development of producer services has been lagged behind, and is difficult to meet the need of the upgrading of manufacturing sector and the sustainable development of Chinese economy. How to utilize FDI in producer services to boost the domestic manufacturing competiveness is the focus of this study. This paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the relationship between FDI in producer services and manufacturing competiveness. Based on the data from 25 Chinese provinces （municipalities and autonomous regions）from 1999 to 2010, it conducts a test by using the dynamic GMM estimation, and on this basis, proposes some corresponding policy recommendations.
