摘要
采用悬浮聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)为原料,选用萘做发泡剂,进行发泡PTFE的制备。结果表明:当发泡剂萘质量分数为25%时,可以制得综合性能较好的PTFE发泡材料;实验制得的多孔PTFE具有较高的弹性,较好的吸油率和很好的油保持率;多孔含油PTFE具有较低的摩擦因数和较低的磨损量。
Micropore PTFE materials were prepared by using suspension PTFE as ming agent. The results show that the micropore PTFE materials with good integrated base material and naphthalene as foaproperties are obtained when the con- tent of forming agent naphthalene is 25%. The prepared micropore PTFE materials have high elasticity, good oil absorption and oil-keeping properties. The micropore PTFE materials with oil have low friction coefficient and low wear loss.
