复合锂基润滑脂实验室制备工艺研究 被引量:17

摘要 研究实验室制备复合锂基润滑脂的加工工艺,采用单因素变化试验,分析一步法制备复合锂基润滑脂时物料浓度、搅拌方式、搅拌速度、温度控制对成脂效果的影响。结果表明,在制作复合锂基润滑脂时,皂化反应前先加入1/3~2/3的基础油来溶解脂肪酸,再徐徐加入氢氧化锂溶液进行皂化反应;待脂肪酸反应完全后,加入低分子二元酸反应完全后升温、脱水,加入剩余基础油进行高温炼制,然后冷却得到复合锂基润滑脂。制作复合锂基润滑脂的皂化反应、复合反应、脱水反应、高温炼制阶段,需控制温度分别为110,110,160,220℃,控制反应时间分别为90,60,30,5 min,控制搅拌速度分别为80,80,30~60,30 r/min。 The processing technology of complex lithium grease made in laboratory was studied ,and the single factor ex- periment was made to analyze the influence of reactant concentration, agitation modes, stirring speed and temperature con- trol on making lithium base grease of one-step method. Result shows that, during making lithium complex grease, first by using one-third to two-thirds of base oil to dissolve the fatty acid before saponification, the lithium hydroxide monohydrate is put all in the kettle once and slowly for saponiication. After the completion of the fatty acid' s reaction, the low molecule dimeric dibasic acid is put in. After acid completed reaction, heating to dehydrate, the remaining base oil is added in for high-temperature refining,and then cooled to get complex lithium grease. During the processes of saponification reaction, complex reaction, dehydration reaction, high-temperature refining of the grease ,the control temperature needed respectively is 110,110,160 and 220℃;the control refining time needed is 90,60,30 and 5 min;and the control stirring speed respec- tively is 80,80,30 to 60 and 30 r/min.
