我国工程“职业化”研究——基于宏观工程伦理视角

Engineering professionalism research in China —— Based on macro-ethics in engineering

本文基于工程伦理由微观向宏观转变的视角,探讨工程师伦理责任的扩大化,并结合我国的工程现状,引发我国工程"职业化"理论和建设研究的迫切需要。文章分析了工程"职业化"的内涵,展开我国工程"职业化"专业上的卓越、伦理上的完整和外部建设问题上的研究并提出工程职业自治的发展方向。

Based on engineering ethics from the micro-ethics to macro-ethics , the paper research on the expansion of the ethical responsibility of engineers, combined with our engineering status quo, which led to an urgent need for the theory of engineering professionalism research and construction. This paper analyzes the connotation of engineering professionalism , analysis of two aspects of professionalism technology and ethics. Then the paper analyzes the external problems on engineering professionalism. At last the paper proposed the direction of development of the engineering professionalism engineering professional autonomy.
