摘要
采用粉体埋入辅助涂层法在T/P 24表面制备了碳化铬涂层。采用质量变化、物相变化研究了PIRAC碳化铬涂层T/P 24在750℃空气中的氧化行为。结果表明:氧化后碳化铬涂层试样表面观察不到形貌变化,几乎检测不到氧化铬和质量变化,证明PIRAC碳化铬涂层具有优良的抗氧化能力。不同温度下制备的PIRAC碳化铬涂层组成的不同,导致涂层表现出不同的抗氧化能力。对涂层组成与抗氧化能力差异和750℃长时间暴露导致涂层中Cr23C6形成Cr3C2现象进行了分析。
Oxidation behaviors of a PIRAC chrome carbide coated by T/P24 was studied in air at 750℃.Weight changes and phase changes were used to analyze the oxidation behaviors.Results show the PIRAC chrome coating can provide good oxidation with scarcely morphologies changes,chrome oxide and weight gains observed after oxidation exposure.The coating prepared at different temperatures shows different oxidation resistance due to different chrome carbides composition.The difference and long time exposure at 750℃ inducing Cr23C6 transformed into Cr3C2 were discussed.
