摘要
针对聚氯乙烯(PVC)异型材挤出生产中出现的异型材弯曲变形问题,从设备原因、模具原因和截面自身结构特点等方面进行分析,并根据生产中遇到的实际情况提出不同处理手段,从而生产出质量合格的PVC制品。指出PVC异型材弯曲变形是一个系统问题,在处理时应逐一排除,不可只坚持一点,同时要注意模具的日常质量检测与保养工作。
In view of bending and deformation problems occured during polyvinyl chloride(PVC) profile extrusion production process, the reasons of equipment, mould and structure characteristics of profile cross section are analyzed.According to the actual production situations, different processing means were put out, thus a quality certification PVC products was produced.It is pointed out that the PVC profile bending deformation is a system problem, the treatment should be one by one rule, not just hold on a little, and we should pay attention to die daily inspection and maintenance work.
